I became a travel agent in 2018 with no knowledge or experience. I took guide courses, worked as a guide and as a driver to get the full experience and insight of the travel industry. My approach to my clients is simple and clear (a customized and unique plan for each client). I always focus on the client's needs and expectations. This helped me grow my client base, as they always came back or recommended me to other clients.
