Individuals wishing to become travel advisors on our platform must complete an application process. Acceptance is at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

Professional Conduct

As a travel advisor on our platform, you agree to:

  • Maintain all required licenses and certifications
  • Provide accurate information about travel services and pricing
  • Act professionally and ethically in all client interactions
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain appropriate professional liability insurance

Commission and Payments

  • Commission rates and payment terms are outlined in your advisor agreement
  • Payments are subject to completion of services and applicable hold periods
  • We reserve the right to withhold or adjust payments in cases of disputes or policy violations

5. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our express permission

Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellation and modification policies vary by travel service provider
  • Any fees or penalties are determined by the respective provider
  • We are not responsible for refunds unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. We can provide information about insurance options, but we are not insurance providers.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Travelovin or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

User Content

By submitting content to our platform (reviews, comments, photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our Services.

Trademarks

"Travelovin" and our logo are trademarks of Travelovin, Inc. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

While we endeavor to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on our platform.

No Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVELOVIN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
  • Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
