1) Detailed client discovery, including preferences, to uncover interests and tailor experiences uniquely to each client's taste. 2) Create a draft itinerary considering all client requirements to ensure completely stress-free and seamless travel, including airport pickups, guided tours, group or private tours, meal preferences baked into events, trips, and possibly aligning some curated local experiences. 3) Discuss and iterate until the client feels satisfied, with a focus on ensuring the client fully understands the details of the itinerary and there are no surprises about what to expect during the trip. 4) Complete bookings in advance and provide every detail to the client, including any vouchers for access. 5) Follow up with itinerary info and reminders close to the travel dates. During the trip, be available for any support.
