During my tourism management studies, my internship quickly evolved into my first role as a travel agent at a TUI branch in Slovenia. In the years that followed, my love for exploring new countries and continents deepened, until that passion unexpectedly became my profession when I joined shore excursion teams on luxury cruise lines like Celebrity, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Silversea. After six incredible years at sea, visiting over 130 countries worldwide, I returned to Slovenia to take on a product manager position at the country’s largest DMC.

I always start by asking open-ended questions to truly understand each client’s vision. What do they have in mind for their next trip? What experiences have they enjoyed so far, and what did they love most? Are they craving more relaxed holidays or action-packed adventures? From there, we craft their perfect itinerary together, paying close attention to every little detail—from special luggage needs and seamless transfers to unique extra activities.
