Background
My story
I grew up between two worlds — Vietnam and Switzerland. After spending more than 25 years in Switzerland, where I worked in hospitality, business, and even ran Vietnamese restaurants for over a decade, I recently returned to Vietnam to reconnect with my roots and help travelers experience the country in a more personal and authentic way. Travel has always been emotional for me. I know what it feels like to arrive in a foreign country and wish someone could explain not just the sights, but also the culture, the food, the small details, and the rhythm of everyday life. That is exactly the kind of travel experience I now try to create for others. Today, I work closely with German-speaking travelers, helping them discover Vietnam beyond the typical tourist routes — from hidden food spots in Hanoi to peaceful countryside villages, scenic mountain roads, local cafés, and meaningful cultural encounters. Thanks to my background in fine dining and hospitality, cuisine also plays a very important role in the journeys I design. What matters most to me is that travelers feel genuinely cared for. I combine local knowledge with a European understanding of comfort, communication, and service. Whether it’s planning a tailor-made itinerary, recommending the right hotel, or helping guests while they are already in Vietnam, I try to make every trip feel smooth, personal, and memorable. For me, travel is not just about seeing places. It is about feeling connected to them.
Philosophy
My approach
I believe the most meaningful journeys are the ones that feel effortless, personal, and emotionally memorable — not simply a checklist of places to visit. My travel style is shaped by two worlds: more than 25 years living in Switzerland, combined with my Vietnamese roots and local expertise. This unique blend of Swiss precision and Vietnamese cultural insight allows me to create trips that are both exceptionally well-organized and deeply authentic. I understand the importance of smooth logistics, clear communication, comfort, and reliability, while also helping travelers experience the real atmosphere, culture, and rhythm of Vietnam beyond the surface. I design every itinerary individually, based on the traveler’s personality, interests, and pace. Some guests are passionate about food and hidden local restaurants, others seek boutique luxury, cultural depth, scenic landscapes, or peaceful moments away from crowded tourist routes. My goal is always to create a journey that feels natural, balanced, and genuinely tailored to the person experiencing it. What I enjoy most is weaving together the small moments that often become the most unforgettable parts of a trip: a quiet sunrise in Hanoi, coffee in a hidden café, a peaceful countryside stay surrounded by rice fields, conversations with locals, a scenic drive through the mountains, or discovering how Vietnamese cuisine, history, and daily life are all deeply connected. These experiences help travelers not only see Vietnam, but truly feel connected to it. I also place great importance on the support I provide during the journey itself. My approach is very concierge-style: I remain available throughout the trip to offer personalized recommendations, practical assistance, flexibility when plans change, and immediate support whenever needed. This gives travelers peace of mind and allows them to relax fully, knowing they have someone trustworthy on the ground who genuinely cares about their experience. For me, great travel is not about luxury alone or seeing as much as possible. It is about creating moments, emotions, and memories that stay with people long after they return home.
