I’ve always been the person friends, family, and colleagues turned to when they needed help booking flights, planning trips, or navigating travel requirements. Over time, I realized that what came naturally to me — organizing, problem-solving, and paying attention to details — was making a real difference to people’s travel experiences. Professionally, my background is in engineering and business improvement, where precision, efficiency, and accountability are non-negotiable. Travel may seem like a different world, but the skills translate seamlessly. Every itinerary, booking, and connection matters. One small mistake can disrupt an entire journey — and I take that responsibility seriously. What truly drives my passion for travel is access. Growing up in Papua New Guinea, I saw how travel often felt out of reach — something only “other people” could afford or manage. I wanted to change that narrative. That belief led me to formally establish Alpha Travel Agency — a service-first business built on trust, transparency, and personalized support. I don’t just book tickets. I listen. I plan. I guide. I make sure clients understand their options, their costs, and their journey — from departure to return.
