I am a sommelier and culinary specialist currently based in Okinawa (Naha) and Tokyo. I am also a Ryukyu Awamori Master, specializing in Okinawa’s local spirits.
I am a working adult student majoring in geography, and I am also a food traveler who explores Asia, Europe, and beyond. When I travel, I often participate in cooking classes to learn about, taste, and enjoy local cuisine and beverages.
