Greece is the ultimate Mediterranean escape, blending ancient mythology with stunning island getaways. I visited Athens , Santorini and Myknos from India. The shoulder season is affordable but the islands are deserted if visiting by the end of march. For an affordable trip, mid of April is the best time to visit when the islands are full from the local population operating the stores and hotels.
First stop was Athens for the history and mythology.
Second was Santorini was the views of the spectacular sunset
Third stop was Myknos for the parties.
